but don\u2019t have\u00a0 the time and resources to run the course why not\u00a0 consider\u00a0 the Global company that runs the Penang course to run your course or courses in ASEAN region. <\/p>\n
The terms and conditions can be discussed with me\u00a0 , the Events Coordinator ,\u00a0 of the Global Futuristic Management Services . <\/p>\n
The Global company will take care of the following with you as the\u00a0 Course Coordinator and the course can be any course or workshop not necessarily Medical . <\/p>\n
Global will take care of \u00a0<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Helping to\u00a0 prepare an electronic flyer\u00a0 , programme and\u00a0 editable registration form\u00a0 for the conference. \u00a0<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0 Advertise the course\u00a0 via\u00a0 the Global website\u00a0 ,\u00a0 Facebook\u00a0 (paid advertising) etc. <\/p>\n
3.\u00a0 Collecting all registration fees and\u00a0 monies from sponsors\u00a0 via the\u00a0 Global Accounts and disbursed\u00a0 as instructed by your organizing committee to hotels, faculty etc. <\/p>\n
4.\u00a0 Complete set of accounts for the course for taxation purposes . \u00a0<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0\u00a0 Legal agreement\u00a0 will be signed to protect interest of the Course Coordinator and Global company <\/p>\n
6.\u00a0\u00a0 Global\u00a0 will advise\u00a0 on the\u00a0 registration fee to be charged\u00a0 and also contact the relevant\u00a0 companies that you have identified in your field to\u00a0 participate and provide equipment for the course etc. <\/p>\n
The\u00a0 Budget\u00a0 anticipated will be the following : <\/p>\n
Your fee as the\u00a0 Main Course Coordinator
Global fee for\u00a0 Administering the Course
Accomodation charges for yourself and Global staff at the hotel as needed.
Faculty charges including honorarium , ground and airtravel\u00a0 and hotel charges
Hotel charges per pax\u00a0 for the conference package .\u00a0 Usually minimum of 20-30\u00a0 pax is needed to secure a\u00a0 room for the meeting\u00a0 in a major hotel taking the conference package .
The\u00a0 hotel would normally provide\u00a0 standard microphone and\u00a0 AV system but\u00a0 we would need to rent projector,\u00a0 wireless headset for the meeting
Miscellanous charges as agreed by both parties. \u00a0<\/p>\n
The Main course coordinator\u00a0 would need to\u00a0 ensure\u00a0 that\u00a0 the minimum pax\u00a0 needed for to get the conference package\u00a0 can be sourced by them via their contacts\u00a0 .\u00a0 \u00a0
The twenty pax would need to pay at least 5 months before advance in order to
pay for the venue deposit to the hotel , reimburse faculty who have paid their airfare etc. <\/p>\n
At the time of the congress all payments should have been made by delegates and sponsors and no credit would be entertained. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Any profit to be shared by Global company and\u00a0 Course Coordinator and any third party as agreed eg charity as in the Penang courses. <\/p>\n
